Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). If your order and payment are received before 1:00 PM GMT, processing begins the same day.

Timeframe: 3 to 5 working days

Europe (EU):

Cost: £14.99 Standard Flat Rate

Timeframe: 5 to 7 working days (All customs duties and taxes are calculated and collected seamlessly at checkout)

North America (United States & Canada):

Cost: £23.99 International Standard Air

Timeframe: 6 to 9 working days

Rest of World:

Cost: £29.99 Global Flat Rate

Timeframe: 7 to 12 working days, depending on destination customs clearance windows

Returns Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer regulations. To be eligible, items must be returned within this period and in their original condition.

Each piece is crafted with care and intended to be experienced as received.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Returned with all original packaging
• Free from marks, wear, or alteration

In the rare event that your product arrives faulty or with a crafting defect, please contact our team immediately at hello@orconcepts.com.

• Verification Requirement: To help us assess the issue and approve your return, you must include a clear photograph showing the specific fault or defect in your initial email.
• Resolution: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method with 5-10 business day. In accordance with UK law, refunds will include standard delivery charges where applicable.
